Ive been wanting too share this to yall,But I don't wont anyone think im braging are anything.Im just wanting to share this story cause im very proud.
Ive always wanted too use my crochet talent in helping other people out. it really didnt matter how {nursing homes,homeless people on the street, iraqy kids it didnt matter as longs it was helping someone out ,I always like seeing people that was so down and depressed to bring smile on there faces .
I never once wanted anything back in return the smile on there faces was my return.
So I prayed and prayed that one day I will meet this goal of mine.
This soilder had came across my blog and contacted me by email and asked me would I be interesed making hats and donating them too Iraqy kids.
Well I was soooo Happy cause my prayers was anwsered
I said sure. I made over 200 hats and I also Made the soilder that asked me and American flag afghan and a matching
pilliow to go with it and sent it all over there too him
They handed the hats out too the iraqy kids , From what I was told from the solilder the kids loved them and had smiles all over there faces. and the solider was surprised with the afghan and the pilliow .. later on he wanted me make his mom one so of course I did.
So few weeks later I had gotten this box in the mail I opened it up and was an reward from over there for making those hats for those kids.

Even it was few years ago when I done this Im still proud that i did that.
I thank God everyday for giving me this talent to crochet ,so that gives me a chance to help others out to put smiles on there faces.. even now I make things for people and give it to them and they dont see it coming til after i put it in there hands and they so happy they have tears rolling down there faces. As longs im helping others out and putting smiles on faces ,Im happy!
